Office hours Monday-Thursday (some Fridays) 8:00am-5:00pm
 
We open at 9 on Wednesday and we are closed from 1-2 for lunch
 
Patient office hours are available by appointment. Please call 503-640-0395 for an appointment.

These hours were established to provide for our patients needs. As a courtesy to our patients, we confirm all appointments in advance. If we are unable to reach you by phone, we ask that you call the office to confirm your appointment time. Except for emergency situations, you may expect to be seen on time. In return, we ask that you extend us the same courtesy. In the event that it is necessary for you to change an appointment, we require 48 hours advance notice.
